This morning the new FF, Ferrari’s first four-seat sports car, set off from Maranello on an unprecedented two-week long journey, travelling through Italy, France, Luxembourg and Belgium, before arriving in style in Paris on the 16th September!
A chosen few journalists are the lucky ones who have been selected to sit behind the wheels of these fantastic new Ferraris. They will guide the car through the six stages of a 4,000km route that has been specially designed to make the most of Ferrari’s first ever four-wheel drive model, encompassing all road conditions and driving through beautiful European landscapes.
More than just a test drive for car fanatics, the FF Passion 4 Tour is a complete luxury experience. In addition to driving this incredible piece of automotive engineering and design, the journalists will also be invited to savour sumptuous local cuisine and enjoy the best hospitality on offer.
That’s where we come in.
Who better to take care of the accommodation for Ferrari than Splendia? Each night, the drivers and the Ferrari team will be staying in a Splendia hotel, ensuring the perfect end to a perfect day.
The starting point of the tour is Maranello in the north of Italy, home to the Ferrari factory and the Scuderia Ferrari Formula One racing team. The Ferrari museum is also located in Maranello, where an impressive collection of sports cars and racing trophies is on display. The tour will culminate in Paris with a celebration cocktail party and auction, with all raised funds going to Make a Wish France, a charity that enables unwell children to realise their dreams.

For the car fanatics among us (or those who just appreciate the finer things in life), here are a few tantalising facts about the new FF…
FF stands for Ferrari Four – four seats, four wheel drive – and introduces a completely new concept to sports grand tour racing. More than an evolution, it is a revolution in the automobile industry. It has a top speed of 335km/h (208mph) and accelerates from zero to 100km/h (62mph) in 3.7 seconds and is said to be the world’s fastest selling four-seat automobile. The four-wheel drive system means it can be driven in difficult driving conditions, such as snow or heavy rain, and its four seats and large boot space (due to its shooting brake design) make it much more practical than other sports cars. And it looks great too!
So follow the Tour and let the passion begin!
