The Versace Palazzo is set to open in Dubai 2012, their second hotel

When you're a fashion brand as big as Versace, the only way to go is bigger. In 2012, the company will be opening Palazzo Versace Dubai, an AED2.3-billion hotel in Dubai's Culture Village, sporting 213 hotel rooms as well as 169 condos within the hotel building.
All of the suites are furnished in Versace
The Palazzo Versace Dubai is set to be a 5.5-hectare destination resort within the Culture Village, a cultural hub in Dubai. All of their hotel suites are furnished with exclusive Versace furniture.
Some features include a Vanitas fine dining room, a health spa, gymnasium, ballrom, convention facilities and, of course, a Versace boutique. Condo owners will also get to enjoy services and facilities of the hotel.
As for the condos, you can purchase one with up to six bedrooms at 14,245 square feet. All apartments will feature Miele appliances or equivalent, timber parquety flooring throughout the bedrooms and stone mosaic tiling throughout the living areas, kitchen and bathrooms.

On top of their bespoke furnishings, the Palazzo Versace provides 24-hour services such as security, valet parking and concierge. The Dubai resort will be the second Palazzo Versace, following the first hotel in Gold Coast, Australia.
