Ford is making efforts to increase sales of its Lincoln brand, with the latest move dedicated to this being the recent introduction of the Lincoln Automotive Financial Services, which will support the financial part of the Lincoln customer experience.
The entire range of customer touch points, contracts, invoices and customer service support, are now included in the new initiative and clients can choose to manage their accounts online or from mobile devices. The company will also use the @LincolnAFS Twitter account to offer updates on its services and , of course, rely on a dedicated website to communicate with the world.
"Lincoln Automotive Financial Services is the dedicated financing brand that complements the experience provided by Lincoln vehicles and our Lincoln dealerships," said Bernard Silverstone, president, Marketing and Sales at Ford Motor Credit Company, which launched the brand. "Current and future Lincoln financing customers will enjoy the same exceptional service, with unique Lincoln branding."
